Baked Goat Ricotta

This is a super, easy starter. Mix Goat Peter’s ricotta - about 200g - with an egg, chopped herbs, capers and olives or sundried tomatoes and basil, and then bake in the oven until golden brown on top. Serve with chunks of bread.
